OneDrive not able to upload to custom profile picture files

I have no idea what doing wrong. I looked it up and found several results and downloaded the OneDrive app on my Xbox One and used the website on my phone. I uploaded an image that I was going to use for my profile pictures after being seemingly unable
to do it for a long while. But when I go to upload a custom image for my gamerpic it doesn't have the same files as the OneDrive, nor any other options relating to the app. All of the files are empty and useless and I've been unable to figure out why that
is. One of the ambassadors said this was possible, even if it was a year ago. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Sorry to hear it. At the moment the ability to change your gamerpic has been removed temporarily. Please keep an eye on this link for updates as to when that feature will return https://beta.support.xbox.com/

You can't change your profile picture at the moment

Upload your picture to OneDrive and from them upload it as your profile picture.

Not really i don't use the Xbox app but i got the onedrive app both on Xbox one and my phone i could upload them from the onedrive app on my phone to the Xbox one onedrive app i changed mine here though i did change mine on the Xbox one with the Godzilla
picture as my custom profile picture they would also be on the photos app under collection album
