Yes!! Thank God it's not just me. Been trying to figure it out for over a year. Sent in feedback forms to the point of insanity and now all of a sudden I can't playback any video files, was able to 2 days ago and then yesterday, nothing. So annoyed at onedrive,
after a year it is only getting worse and Microsoft is less than no help. Just bring back the media center extender

If Steam clips are saved on the Videos’ folder available on your PC. You may need to change the path for Steam clips or remove this folder on the OneDrive backup settings.

When you say "Sent in feedback forums". Was this to OneDrive?

If it was, then OneDrive has a user voice service now.

In regards to your issue. I do think it would be better if it was in a separate thread. Also, what file types are you trying to play on OneDrive?

Are you able to play the videos on the website?

What version of the OneDrive App are you running on?

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the App, and play the videos?

Assuming this is a simple issue (but sometimes, if you are unlucky, things can get very complicated), the usual things to check is

1. do you see the OneDrive logo on the bottom right corner

1. are you able to access OneDrive fine on your mobile phone app or on the browser

1. have you, 'hit search' and found OneDrive?

1. If you found OneDrive, are you able to click on it, and manually launch the OneDrive folder

1. do you see the OneDrive folder in your file explorer on the left side along with your other folders

1. are you sure you have updated windows (including the OneDrive that gets updated automatically)

1. do you see the OneDrive and OneDriveFile in task manager?

1. in 'Services', do you see the OneDrive Update Serivce? Have you tried running it manually

There are so many things that can go wrong with OneDrive. The more information you can give, the better we can help

Note: I just noticed, you have put this in the Xbox forum. this is a PC issue right? if it's a xbox issue, then, these steps are not valid OfCourse.
