    OneDrive for XBox One


    It seems like Microsoft keeps adjusting the OneDrive app for XBox One which just keeps making it worse. I share video of my family with family in other parts of the country.

    1st Issue: Some are deaf so I add subtitles when I share with them. The video progress bar blocks all the subtitles I've added and you can't get rid of the progress bar.

    This has been fixed as of last week. You can now hit the Y button & the video progress bar will go away.

    2nd Issue: Awhile back when the 1st issue first started it also changed the "fast forward" option from skipping a few seconds at a time with the trigger buttons to now skipping large section each time you hit the bumper buttons to go forward or rewind.

    3rd Issue: Now that the 1st issue has finally been fixed now it will no longer let anyone viewing it on the XBox One use the video progress bar to "fast forward" the video.

    4th Issue: It also has stopped them from being able to pause it or change it to full screen.

    None of these issues happen when using the website, but only on the XBox app. I have family that don't have a computer & just the console.

    Can someone with XBox or Microsoft please fix the app on XBox?

    ...if you want to save stuff to a specific location on a cloud you could link a OneDrive account and access your files anywhere you wanted to.

    Onedrive for Xbox
    The Xbox One stores savegames in an user-inaccessible cloud. You can't access your savegames with OneDrive.

    The OneDrive app only allows you to access your own existing OneDrive cloud storage, where you can upload pictures, documents and the likes.

    With the OneDrive App for Xbox, you can watch your photos and videos you uploaded to OneDrive, buy you can NOT manage your savegames with that!
