  1. OneDrive Empty

When I launch the OneDrive app on my Xbox one, I have the headers: "Photos and Videos" and "Shared" but then nothing underneath. I use OneDrive with my Windows Phone as my default upload and it contains all of my family photos, so it should not be empty.
I've searched through the options for the app and "manage" on the console. I've even tinkered around in the OneDrive app on my computer, but still cannot get anything to appear for OneDrive on my console. Am I missing something?

    :)

Onedrive sync is old on Xbox One

I think I have an answer. The Xbox One versions of Onedrive only shows picture or videos. From the Onedrive website you click on a folder and change the folder type to pictures.

How stupid. The folder is still empty on the Xbox One unless you put a picture in it.

    Hey there Palmetto,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your OneDrive.

One thing that I would try is:

    1. Go to www.onedrive.com and create a new folder
    2. Move some pictures into that folder
    3. After that, right-click the folder and select "Properties"
    4. Under Information change the Folder type to Pictures.
    5. Once that's done, try signing out of your Xbox One and signing back in.

You may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive app.

Please let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there.

  5. I called Xbox Phone support, and was assisted by a very helpful technician.

Sadly, after quite a bit of troubleshooting, the way we resolved this issue was to do a full factory reset on my Xbox One. I believe my cloud profile and account came out of sync, as it was right around the change to OneDrive from SkyDrive. My ISP was
not happy with my usage that month.

    Windows 11 Storage Capacity Issue

How do I buy additional storage? I've been trying to do some research on this for a while but came up with empty leads. I asked a previous question about the MCC Launcher for Halo Reach, in which requires 133.13 GBs of space, but my computer only holds 55.5 GBs. I'm also trying to figure out how to move storage space from my OneDrive to the hard drive. In the meantime, I've been trying to use OneDrive as a temp. storage until the transfer is done but whenever my hopes are up, the download is using the hard drive storage instead of OneDrive's.
