    OneDrive App wont open


    Have been happily using the OneDrive app on my XBOX360 for the last 3 years without any issues. All of a sudden now I find when I try and load it, it won't open and displays the Error Code 0x8007007A

    I have tried all the support suggestions related to this error code without success.

    Are Microsoft aware of this? and working on a fix?

    How could I put my video and pictures into XBOX ONE S

    I put my stuff on OneDrive and run the OneDrive app on Xbox One.

    Playing Video on SkyDrive App

    I want to add that I am also having issues with the OneDrive/SkyDrive app and MP4 videos that I have uploaded via my Windows Phone. After recording a video with Windows Phone I have it set to keep the video full quality and it will upload it automatically.
    That works fine.

    When I open the OneDrive app on Xbox One and select the video it will take about 5 seconds to start and play for about 6 to 10 seconds, stop, wait about 8 seconds, play again for 6 to 10 seconds, stop, repeats over and over.

    The OneDrive/SkyDrive web site from my PC it plays just fine, from the OneDrive app on Windows Phone it plays just fine. But it doesn't on the Xbox One.

    When will this be fixed? This has been happening since I purchased the Xbox One in December 2013 so the upgraded OneDrive app didn't resolve it.

    The app hasn't worked for 2 months.

    Microsoft are aware of it but because its an xbox 360 app they are in no hurry to fix it.

    What kind of phone does your wife have? Could it be that the photos are being auto-uploaded to OneDrive? Even if you delete them from the phone, they still remain on OneDrive. Perhaps the OneDrive app is opened on the console and it's cycling through
    the photos that have been uploaded to it?

    I don't know, just taking a stab in the dark on this one.

    I think you need to install the OneDrive app and then you can use it how you are describing.
