    Will the original Xbox be discontinued?

    They discontinued the manufacturing end when the 360 came out, didn't they? As for repair support, that was discontinued a couple of years ago according to what I have read. That is Microsoft support, of course, and I would guess there are many sources out there for working on any problems with the original Xbox.

    Updates For Old Xbox Games

    there is no further updates as ms offically discontinued support for original xbox games back in 2007 the last update and online support was discontinued last year

    I'm quite surprised the game is still active. I mean, its from the FINAL FANTASY X saga for god's sake! And I've been waiting 7years for it to be on Xbox Europe, but it never landed on PAL. Just NTSC One Year Left Until Console Support Discontinued :(

    I was at one point, but discontinued my support after issues with Destiny 2. I also reset the console to defaults when I left.

    Game Pass trial cancelled my xbox gold live recurring subscription

    It should have actually converted the remaining Gold you had left until Ultimate as well, which would give you Ultimate until December of next year. Unfortunately, the 12 month Gold subscriptions were discontinued over a year ago so once the subscription ends, it will not be possible to go back to that subscription. You can still purchase 12 month prepaid cards at retailers.
