One Xbox, three account on it. How many live subscription I must get?

Hi Everyone

I've just bought a new Xbox One S with my two brothers. We've created three accounts on it, one for each, so we can play the same games with different save points, and no annoying the game progress of the others. But we want to get the subscription for the
Gold, and we have a doubt: We must get three subscriprions or just only one to play online and to get the offers of the gold?

How to add a new child account - xbox live God for xbox 360

I know very little about xbox live and am looking for some basic information to add another child's subscription/account for xbox live gold for xbox 360 (not xbox One)

Originally, I had a family subscription for three of us in the family (2 kids, one parent). That converted to three individual memberships. Now I need to add a new child's account. Do I just buy another subscription? How do I then set up the account
for a child? Can I do it via PC or do I have to be on the xbox 360 console?
