One XBox 2 kids

i am sorry you have to undergo this issue.

I am pretty sure you can not use the companion app on pc while its logged in on the xbox

I tried this too and this worked fine for me:

1. Go onto the xbox and make a party

2. invite the friend your son wants to talk with

3. On the pc you will see a message popup saying '... invited you to an xbox party'

4. Click on the message popup/ find it in notifications and you will join the party

If this does not work i think you'll be out of options

I would try the Xbox Companion. As long as everyone uses his own account it should not mess up the other kids party. Please inform us if it won´t work through the App.

kid 1 and xbox 1

make sure kid 1 has the gold or ultimate subscription

make sure he sets xbox 2 has home

as long as you have internet kid 1 can sign in on xbox 1 and play normally.

kid 2 and xbox 2

make sure kid 2 signs in on his name on xbox 2 and he should have the same benefits as kid 1 as xbox 2 is kid 1's home console

1) You can't assume every kid wants 3D, and 2) Kids aren't the only ones that play on Xbox. They certainly aren't the ones buying the consoles.

You have 2 separate issues. First Halo 5 does not support split screen like previous Halo games so playing at the same time on the same console is not possible.
