    One X "Teredo" error. Unavailable NAT. wired to SBG6580-2


    Title has most of the info. Connection problems everytime I boot the Xbox. Sometimes rebooting the box or the modem or both will get it connected but it takes many tries. I have already enabled UPnP. turned off firewall. Tried port forwarding and static
    IP. ISP is already checking everything on their end. Is there something i'm missing?

    P.S. Microsoft chat support is a joke.

    Error when running test multiplayer connection

    My Xbox One S says that my NAT type is Unavailable. When I run Test Multiplayer connection, it says Your network is good, but there may be matchmaking issues. When I go to network settings under NAT Type: Unavailable it tells me to go to Xbox.com/Xbox one/teredo.
    The options for error messages don't include mine. Please help. I just wanted to play Xbox with my friends.

    Ok thx for replying, I tried to use DMZ without upnp and I selected the last port and nothing changed then I turned upnp on and rebooted my router and now I have unavailable Nat type with teredo error even tho I have IPv4 and not ipv6 because I heard that
    the tredo error has something to do with ipv6 anyway I restarted my xbox to see if something changes and it did, now my nat is still moderate but my port is 54145 and its usually 3074 and now I selected the last port as you said and now I got unavailable nat

    Same issue here... Tried everything. Started september 9.. I have a One S and exactly the same problem.. On PC teredo works fine and I have open NAT... Same network and same router..

    Console lost teredo connection 9th of september.. NAT unavailable

    PC (Windows 10): Teredo, Open NAT, all works fine.

    • Can’t get a Teredo IP address
    • NAT Type: Unavailable
    • Teredo is unable to qualify
    • UPnP not successful
