    One X shuts down


    Hello,

    My One X shuts down at once after 5 minutes of play (usually when I start on PUBG and on the new map).

    It is placed on a ventilated space without obstruction of the ventilation.

    I followed the instructions during the restart, but the problem is still present.

    I did reinstall it and also power cycling lot of times, unfornately it didnt work.

    But thanks for the help anyway!!

    Hey Fabrice, thanks for the response! What I've tried that helps is try to do a

    soft factory reset     (while keeping games and apps) . Alternatively follow these steps but the console continues to get hot and shut down, request
    a repair!

    no protector. I have the one x since the beginning. And my problem just 3 weeks.
