One x is a lemon

I recently upgraded to a One X and i've had nothing but problems ever since, from signing me out to games not syncing or not loading or telling my data is corrupt then 1 minute later no problem to black screens while loading games,
party chat fails, games crash to dashboard ect ect ect, this this is the worst investment of my entire life and i have wasted a lot of money in the past but this expensive hunk of junk really frustrates me. brand new less than a month old and i'm ready to
break it. thanks for selling me 17 headaches every time i turn it on.

Xbox One is a lemon

I have a brand new (5 or so day old Xbox one). The controller keeps disconnecting and connecting. I went through all the steps I can find online to address up the issue, and all the steps that Microsoft support can provide. This system should be
functioning properly when I purchased it, yet, after spending $700 plus on all games , xbox live, and the console itself I am unwilling to spend another cent on something that should have been functioning when I purchased it. It is unacceptable to me to
have to pay another 20 dollars to send my controller into Microsoft for Microsoft to address a problem that should have been caught in testing/quality control.

On top of the 20 dollar charge, I would also have to wait up to 20 Business days for Microsoft to send me a new controller and/or repair the defective one. I was told by a Microsoft supervisor that I can pay the 20 dollars to send this in, or I can go buy
a new controller for 60 dollars. Those are my only two options. Thanks for all the "support" Microsoft.

To be sure, have you attempted to exchange the console with the retailer for a new one in case this new console was a faulty console?

We are also happy to troubleshoot all of the issues with you if you can provide us with a bit of info:

• Can you send us a photo of the console location.
  
• Photo of where the console is plugged into a power source.
  
• Photo of your Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics.
  
• NAT type.
  
• Wired or wireless connection to your network?
  
• Do you use a router and modem or a Gateway?

It's at least 4 hours in a vehicle to go and exchange it, so I haven't done that I have a 6 day long conversation on twitter with support and this console does the strangest thing, last night games were struggling to load then they did everything worked
for about 30 to 45 minutes then the games that were just loading fine won't load i was litteraly playing a game had a round and 15 minutes later won't work

 

You may want to continue to work with the Twitter team if that conversation is already underway, but if you like we are happy to look into the issue as well.
