    One will no longer play movies since last update.


    This is my 3rd xbox one. The last two the DVD drive died after your updates and I had to pay over $100.00 to get it replaced this time only a fraction of my games play and I cannot get ANY movies to play. I have reinstalled the DVD APP 3 times I have changed
    from the quick start up. Nothing has worked. I refuse to pay another $100.00 and wait a month for another box.

    I do intend on contacting my Attorney and starting a class action lawsuit against Microsoft.

    Issue with Netflix

    That recent auto update seems to have caused a bunch of problems. I mean, one day I turn on my xbox and while on the dashboard it said Netflix Update installed.

    Ever since that update, I could no longer view movies in HD. I figured something was wrong since my other movie apps on the 360 streamed HD and Netflix streamed HD on my other console and my Blu Ray player too.

    Xbox One won't load or play several of my Blu-ray discs

    Anytime I have tried to watch a Blu-Ray movie since last the last update all I get is a black screen, to get the disc to play right I have to reset my One. Completely frustrating!!!

    I have the same problem since the last xbox one update. DVD movie and Xbox 360 disks won't work, only bluray disk. I can't install new retrocompatibility games or play with current installed games with disk. Maybe, something wrong with an update.
