ONE TWO FREE NOT SHOWING PROGRESS

the one two free is not showing progress and is not giving earned credits..... im not getting my credits towards my VIP. AND IM NOT GETTING MY PREORDER BONUS CREDITS

the my vip percentages act like psychotic cats one day im nearly copleted i make the purchsed requirement and it rolls backwards 4 days later, whatever you people are doing is breaking the system everything is going wrong, please help and fix this and get
me the credits that i have earned i am missing credits earned on most of your promotions.... i had to search for 2 hours while on the phone with microsoft support just to find where you hide/relocated the support forums. i would appreciat proper support and
proper solution to these problems as such i want the credits earned that are missing.... yes i have waited the proper time for the website to be updated, and nothing has showed up please help with a real solution and fix thank you in advance i will wat to
hear back soon

Campaign Progress

It's in there somewhere. Two achievements for finishing each campaign, two achievements for winning all missions in each campaign, and one for 50 campaign matches

 

Gamertag?

I own two accounts but since all my progress is on the one account would I be able to switch the one gamertag to the other for free? I was wondering because I like my second accounts gamertag better but I still want to have all of my progress.

Apologies for the confusion. These new forums were only recently launched, which is why you may have had trouble locating them. We have recently deployed a hotfix for the MyVIP issue, and this issue has been corrected. We have been postponing MyVIP payback
due to this issue, and now that it is corrected, will be calculating September payback off the corrected amount. You should see these Credits pending by the end of the month.

We are investigating a possible issue with the "One, Two, Free" portion of the FREEdom Rewards, and will update you after our investigation is completed. However, keep in mind that as it says in our FAQ, "This does not include purchases made within the game,
as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency", so your latest subscription purchases on the ninth and tenth are not eligible for the offer. However, your purchases on the 8th should be punching this offer, and those are what we are investigating. Apologies
for the inconvenience.

I have reviewed your account and can confirm that our hotfix is now properly awarding one two free, and your September MyVIP payback is now pending in your account. You should receive these Credits in your end of month deposit. Apologies for the inconvenience.
However, I would like to remind you that your Soul Harvest and Treasure Maps purchase was made in game, and therefore not viable for FREEdom Rewards.
