    One specific Digital Game won't load.


    Ok, so I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem, and Xbox Support hasn't answered me so far, so I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

    I'll try to be as specific as I can:

    The only problem I'm experiencing right now, is that one specific Digital Game (SMITE, to be precise), won't get past the loading screen whenever I try to play it. It just tries to load, then crashes, makes an AWFUL sound, and then I get kicked back to my
    home screen. I have several other games installed, both digital and disc games. Every single one of them work just fine. The ONLY game that won't load, no matter what I do, is SMITE. I know this isn't a problem related to the game itself, since everyone I
    know can play it just fine.

    Now, I've tried all the following:

    - Rebooting my console.

    - Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game (Twice).

    - Deleting and Redownloading my profile (Twice).

    - Clearing my cache.

    - Saving the game on an external HD.

    - Resetting my console (While keeping my games and apps intact).

    - Resetting my console (Deleting EVERYTHING in the process, so reinstalling the game for the third time).

    NOTHING HAS WORKED!

    What is this? What in the world is happening? What should I do? I'm out of ideas and options, here.

    Hey Venom,

    Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?

    Keep us posted with that information so we can further assist.

    Weird dial up type noise when loading certain games

    Are these games digital or disc based? I don't have anything like that happen when I load games but I don't have these specific games and I play only digital games.

    Xbox One games do not have region restrictions. However, if he bought you a digital code as a gift using the new gifting feature then you won't be able to redeem that as gifting is currently only region specific.
