    One puzzle piece missing


    Yesterday I discovered that one puzzle piece was missing on a classic jigsaw, Icebreaker Ship in the Antarctica collection. It is not under the puzzle or anywhere on the board. It's a border piece. It's still missing today. And yes, I've rebooted since it
    went missing. What can I do or is it missing for others, too?

    missing puzzle piece in the building...cannot complete puzzle without it

    It;s not in the sort box....

    One puzzle piece missing

    It might be hidden under the bar on the right. Please use the Arrange button to bring it into view. Trying a different resolution might also provide a workaround.

    Pieces of the puzzle. Right now, you have to move one puzzle piece at a time. Is there a way I can move a group of puzzle pieces to another spot at one time?

    Yes it seems like they sell us a puzzle with missing pieces and take the money and occasionally give us a piece when they feel like it.

    I have had the same problem--twice. The first time, Microsoft removed and refunded premium, but it didn't help. About 15-20 pieces are missing for each puzzle (I do the largest number of pieces.) One day a few months later it just started working again--I
    don't know why. Ads were driving me batty, worse than before because they were freezing the game while they played, so I did the stupid thing and tried premium again, and pieces are missing again. They won't refund my money b/c they will only do so once/year.
    I've been trying to work with Xbox support, but every suggestion they have given me so far has not worked. VERY FRUSTRATING! Can't finish puzzles, can't earn points towards new collections. If you find a solution, please let me know.

    Bottom line: The X1 feels rushed and incomplete. It's like a 1000 piece puzzle with 100 pieces missing. Simplicity replaced with convoluted, half-baked attempts at improvement. All I can do is shake my head in bewilderment.
