  1. One parental Microsoft Account TWO Xboxes for TWO children

Good morning, I am the Mom in this situation. My eldest son has an Xbox One set up through my Microsoft account. NOW, my youngest son received an Xbox Series S for Christmas. HOW do I create a separate profile for my youngest son, so he can play on his Xbox with his Fortnite account etc. Right now, I have set the old Xbox as the HOME device.

    :)

Hello Jane, sorry to hear you're having trouble but this is relateively simple to do.

What you'll need to do is first open an Incognito Window in your browser. You can do this by clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser then selecting the incognito option.

After that go to https://account.microsot.com or https://xbox.com and choose the option to create a new account then follow the instructions. You'll need to create a new email address for your son.

Once done you can put his account on the Series S and then set the one that has the Game Pass and games as Home on the Series S. This will allow the content to be shared with him on his console.

You can use https://account.microsoft.com/family or the Xbox Family app for your mobile device to handle his permissions

    3. Migrate Minecraft Mojang Accounts to XBOX Microsoft Accounts ==> DONE for me, NOT YET STARTED for my two children
The error occurs after the step in which I, as a parent, have to confirm the activation of the XBOX account for my minor children.

After clicking "Next", there is an "endless" loop until the following message appears (translated from german):

Parental controls between homes of divorced parents?

I've been told that a child cannot be a part of two different Xbox Live Family accounts. My children use a 360 at one home and an Xbox One at the other.

    support.xbox.com/.../cant-add-adult-to-family
    .

I have been told by Microsoft Support that The primary purpose of creating a “family” on Xbox One is to make it easier to manage parental controls and online safety for children.

The kids can however log in with their same account on both families devices. But if they need to change their parental settings at the other parents home, they may need your log in info.
