    One of Two Users Cannot Run Solitaire


    I have Windows 10 with two users on an Acer Aspire Z3. User A can run Solitaire, User B cannot. In User B's Store it says that it is installed, but it is not listed in the list of apps in settings. So User B cannot uninstall to reinstall. On Xbox home
    Solitaire is listed as one of User B's games, but it will not start from there. How can I uninstall the game for this user (or get it going again)?

    Just wanted to let you know your game is not working correctly

    Just wanted to let you know, I was playing Spider Solitaire, and it is not functioning correctly. Cannot move a card/run (i.e. 10-9-8 to a Jack etc.) from one stack to another.

    I also had this problem with Xbox error code 121010; have done all of the steps you listed above. The last one was a reset of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Did a restart of my computer, but it will not load. Tried again today, but cannot get Solitaire to load. When I opened it up before, the box with the error code came up with two selections: Try Again and Cancel; if I clicked on Cancel, the game would come up and I could play all the Solitaire selections.

    Any suggestions?

    Try this:

    1. Close Microsoft Solitaire Collection (if it is open)
    2. In Windows Explorer go to...

      C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\<user code>\Statistic\
    3. Rename Statistic.ark as old-Statistic.ark
    4. Run Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    That should reset the statistics to 0
