One of the GoW4 Promotional backwards compatible game keys already redeemed

Ordered GoW4, finally got my GoW 1, 2, 3, and Judgement Day codes.

The Gears of War 2 code did not work, already redeemed. Double checked, but it wasn't on my account.

Received the batch of codes containing the bad code on 10/25, to this account. Tried redeeming it a few times.

I redeemed mine and got GoW4 but apparently if I had done this before the 31st of December 2016 then I would have received a notification on my system about the other GoW games being available for download too. There was only one code for GoW4 and from what
I was told the other codes are automatically generated when the original one is redeemed.

I purchased the pre sale forza horizon 3 and Gears of War 4 and did not receive any promotional code concerning the DLCs of Forza and backward compatible games and dlc Gears

Are you trying to redeem the code within the message itself? If so, can you try typing each code individually on our
Xbox Code Redeem page? Let us know how it goes!

 

\Facepalm Yea, that seems to have done it. Looks like both the Redeem code 1, Redeem code 2 options were redeeming the same code. Thanks.
