One of my purchased game is no more available through my xbox live account

Hi,

A few years ago, I purchased "Scott Pilgrim The Game", then I removed it from the hard drive.

Today, I try to play it. The game is no longer available on market place... fine, I go to my download history and re-download this game.

The matter is that I only have the trial version even if I bought the game at the full price some times ago!!!

Please look at my xbox live achievements, you will see I have already unlocked achievement related to this game.

Please give me back this game.

No reward points with purchase via live store

is there a reason you don't get reward points for xbox one game purchases via the xbox one live store, purchased 2 games via the store on my xbox one dashboard and received no reward points for doing it this way. Nothing on my rewards pending list, are they
only valid if bought through the pc online store, not when got through my Xbox live account on my profile on the Xbox itself?

After a few days , finaly i've purchased Dungeon Siege 3. I live in Kazakhstan and i have Russian account, because there is no Kazakh accounts for Xbox Live. I've connected to my friend in Russia , and purchased game with no problems. So, try to use proxy
server of that region , where your account is to purchase through xbox.com store.

I just come back here to share my (bad) experience on this. The support was not able to solve my issue. It seems that DRM have been mysteriously lost from my account at time "Scott Pilgrim The Game" has been withdrawn from the market place.

I got also same issue whith the chinese democracy Addon for Rockband2, all GNR songs I have previously purchased are no longer available and are not listed in my purchase history (some others packs are still referenced, like a metallica pack for instance).

So it appears that if a game (or addon) is delisted from the market place, you lost the related drms... quite disapointing. I will no longer buy material on xbox live market place.
