    One of my games won't work


    Hi, since yesterday whenever ive tried to play of of my games it just kicks me to the home screen. All other games and apps work fine. I have unistalled, power cycled and reinstalled. Updated my console, unplugged my xbox for 10 mins, uninstalled and reinstalled
    the game again, power cycled. Unpinned and tried to launch the game from the store. It still won't load the game. I press play game and it looks like its working for about 5 seconds before kicking me back to the home screen. Any help would be great. Thanks

    I need help my Xbox One won't go to the menu screen I think it was because of me disconnecting from wireless and go offline then turn it off and turning it on made to the xbox one green screen for awhile then it went black can anyone give me a great way
    to fix it please.

    Sounds like what's happening with me and the Witcher 3. Tried everything you have, still nothing. Though mine is a disc.
