    One of my games is crashing but only on one account


    hi trying to load generation zero and it starts sync the data and then it crashes ive tried uninstalling the game deletering saved data everywhere and on console but it works for all other profiles on my xbox exsept for the one and that profile owns the
    game aswel ive done soft reset ive changed to diffrent internet connections still crashes never completes data sync just freezes

    Gears of War 2 Crash Account Affected

    I recently purchased my first ever Xbox, a Xbox one X Gears 5 limited edition which included all five games of the Gears of War series. Today my brothers account was affected by a bug and his account causes the game to crash and the sound gets stuck in shock.
    Is there any fix for this issue? I have tried the fallowing

    - uninstalling game and redownloading

    - removed my brothers account

    - powered off the console (disconnected from outlet)

    - Powered back up

    - reinstall the game and my brother's account

    Game still crashed.

    does it crash always at the same point or not? Does it crush only with his account?

    I suggest you try with a factory reset (you can choose to keep your games & apps):

    Madden 23 for Xbox Crash in middle of game

    I just bought the game out of the box, and this game is the only one not working at all I will be playing the game and be in the middle of a football game during 3rd or 4th is when the game just crash with no warning. The Xbox goes back to my home screen and it's just the Madden 23 game crashing only.

    How Do I stop my game from crashing?

    None of those seem to work, the game can start but it just crashes when it loads any of my recent saves only. One save let's me pause the game but after it crashes if I go back to the game itself

    Xbox one X game crashes.

    I'm sorry to hear that. My One X crashes sometimes too and closes the game out and puts me back on the dashboard but it only seems to happen during certain games. How many different games have you tried this with, that makes it crash?
