One of my backwards compatible Xbox Live Arcade games (Xbox 360) is only showing up on my...

I have Soulcalibur II HD on my Xbox 360. I can play it on my Xbox 360 and see it in my Order History on my Xbox 360.

The game is playable on the Xbox Series X. The game does NOT show up in my owned games list or Order History on the Xbox Series X. When I go to the game's store page on The Xbox Series X, it says I don't own it.

It's the same profile on both systems (I only have one) and I can see other games on both the 360 and Series X Order History that I own. Only Soulcalibur II HD is not showing on the Series X.

The order history on xbox.com is even less helpful because I don't see any 360 games I redeemed via voucher codes there.

Does anyone know why my Xbox 360 recognizes that I own Soulcalibur II HD but my Series X and xbox.com do not?

    Thanks.

    :)

    What are you guys doing!?!?!

Agreed, My concern though is what happens in 3 or 5 years when XBOX 360 Live is shut down? If it is not all emulated or some how transitioned to XBOX One it will be lost. I'm not talking about Backwards compatibility on XBOX 360 Game discs either. I'm talking
about the 100's of XBOX Live Arcade games.

I totally understand not having backwards compatibility on the Discs...but the Live Arcade stuff? It bothers me as a consumer.

    Games purchased not in libary

Having checked the backward compatibility catalogue, the games you have mentioned are not listed. That is why they are not showing in the Xbox One library. If they become compatible, then the games will show up. Until then your only option is to play the
games on the Xbox 360. For the full list of backward compatible games, have a look here

What happened to all my games I bought on the Xbox 360 marketplace?

Only games that are backwards compatible will show up for redownload. Not all 360 games are backwards compatible (like the ones you listed). You can see a list of backwards compatible games here - www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

can't find old xbox 360 purchases

if you sign in with the account on your xbox one that bought the games digitally any backwards compatible games would automatically show up in the ready to install section under my games and apps.

another place you can see what games your account has the license for is if you sign into account.xbox.com and go to my games at the top of the screen there should be a place that you can sort the games by type of system (Xbox one, PC, Xbox 360) if you click
on Xbox 360 it will show you any 360 games that your account owns digitally. Then you can go to

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games
and check to see if any of them are on the backwards compatibility list
That's what I did, but in the games list on my account the only xbox 360 content that appears are the backwards compatible games that I got after I switched to the xbox one. Except for Bully Scholarship Edition, and the only reason that one shows up is
because I talked with support and they manually transferred the license after confirming that I had bought the digital download version 8 years ago. Up until a few months ago I used to be able to go into my purchase history and see everything I ever bought,
but now the only pre-2016 purchases that show up there is a gamertag change and Bully

    xbox 360 games

i purchased more then one game from xbox live they only show up on my 360 or when i log in here no where else not my xbox one or my series x and i have no cloud storage on either one off them so xbox is ripping me off making me buy them again .
They won't show unless they are in this list. I'm afraid if it's not in that list then they won't show to download as they are not compatible.
