    one of my accounts won't process correctly, help.


    So its been a bit of a night and after frustrating going throughout the support system I decided to come here.

    Since its GD and this is general.

    So i'm having an issue with my main XBL account. This is currently the account it was going to change to when i finally got the XB1 after being misinformed about gamerscore caring over and all that good stuff. So the issue with my main account

    Delko Elite 15 is that i can't access normal things here on XB.com. I can't go to my friends list or even to the forums here. It has also affected my ability to use Halowaypoint as well.

    Earlier today when i got online i was thrown back off because of some networking issues. It said that some XBL features would be disabled. This has happened multiple times before so i paid no real mind to it until I've noticed that it is not allowing me
    to do things on XB.com and Halowaypoint.

    Thanks to anyone who helps. Its kind of late so i might just lay down for a bit and catch up on Legend of Korra.

    Cant authorize payment option

    It keeps telling me my credit card isnt valid. I am entering everything correctly, and have tried 5 or 6 different credit cards. It won't let me add one. I've called and they were absolutely no help whatsoever. This is ridiculous. I can't add a credit card
    to my account. What the heck. Please HELP.

    I'm using IE9 and this has absolutely nothing to do with knowledge or understanding of the "net". The process literally does not work. My original post says as much. I am doing everything correctly and Microsoft simply won't let me cancel.

    The fortnite account won't be lost if you have the epic account email account and gamertag synced correctly. It's all good you can reset your xbox one safely.

    I did that, and as part of the setup process the kinect was able to mute my TV. However, the media remote won't cause anything to happen with the TV, just apps. I wanted to know if the media remote is supposed to control your TV or just the Xbox, it doesn't
