    One of my Accounts was banned a couple years ago


    I was only 14. Got accused of Hacking. I was so confused in the Ban info. I submitted the case review not knowing what I was banned for and whoever reviewed it didn't even ask me any extra questioned. Just immediately upheld the ban. But I know now what it was for. I made a GTA5 money glitch post which was popular at the time to get friends. Someone must've reported the post thinking it was real. But I got perm banned for it so it was serious I guess. But I lost that account I had since I was 7 and I was heartbroken. It was my first account I ever had. I just wish it was easier to contact Xbox live enforcement. The account has been banned s couple years now and I moved on and got a new one with new games. But I still miss The OG account. If there's anyone from Xbox live enforcement on here is there any way I could contact you in email and Get a second chance? A second case review?

    That isn't my question. My question is Where Xbox enforcement is. Why don't they have any other ways of being contacted.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and you only get 1 chance to submit a review. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    That didn't awnser my question only one of my accounts got perma banned 2 years ago. I'm asking that all the accounts my family makes will hat get me banned we have 4 gold accounts and I made a few silver accounts 2 years ago.
