And yes, technically, the "States" of America are there own seperate Nation States, United by a Single Constitution. The original 13 colonies were individual Nation States after the Declaration of Independence, then United by the US Constitution to unify
against the British. All states after the first 13, were either Nation States, Terrirtores, or already formed Republics that joined the Union under the Constitution. Also, the Union decided the Indian Nations were to savage for the governement, and just stole
that land.

Just as is a States decided to succeed from the Union, it would become its own Nation State. Of course, some states tried that already, and the Federal Government wasnt to keen on that notion.

I'm sure there are racist members, but the organization itself is not. They just think that they should be in control of their land, just like how native americans felt and any nation under roman control felt. It was their land but they payed taxes and obeyed
the laws and served the emperor of a nation they did not belong to. Neither one is a black and white good and evil organization. I agree with the stormcloaks though, mainly because I believe in the freedom to be and do whatever you want (excluding obviously
bad things like ***, murder, and thievery) and the ban on Talos worship is so not cool.
