    Hello, while it would be helpful if you could post the error code, I will try to assist you. There is a limit of free one month trials per console. I believe it is three per console and one trial per account. I would recommend contacting Xbox Live Support

    Paypal would be the only other way. You have to add a payment option to start the trial.

    You bought one month of gold, so you're not eligible for the trial of one month!
