    Xbox live messaged me that I had a one month trial for xbox live but once I opened the store the trial month was deleted , and I havn't used it yet so I hope to get my month back please

    The free month trial is for players who never buy the gold subscription...

    You bought one month of gold, so you're not eligible for the trial of one month!

    sir/maam? i just purchased my free trial gold membership.. but its not displaying it

    Was it a 1month trial or a 48 hour or 2week trial

    If one month then delete the online profile from your console and clear system cache

    I'm assuming it was a 48hour trial or two week trial since you have a custom name unless this isn't the account in question

    With 48hour or two week trial they don't change your status to gold nor do they give you full Xbox gold options

    It on ly gives temporary multiplayer access
