One Month Free Gold Not Working?

So recently I made a new account, went to the 1 month free gold via the website, adding credit card information and everything seemed to work fine... I even got the Microsoft Purchase Confirmation email for the $0.00 Xbox Live Gold, but no matter how many
times i sign in and out of my account I still have silver/xbox live free. Could someone please help me with this?

No free month xbox gold

I did not get a free month xbox gold beacouse a bough one as well.So can i get my free month xbox gold.

My free gold trial is gone but never used.

The free month trial is for players who never buy the gold subscription...

You bought one month of gold, so you're not eligible for the trial of one month!

Hey mate,

Does sound a little strange. Have you created accounts on your console before? As there is a limit of three 'free month of gold' per console.

Worth having a read through this to ensure you've done everything correctly:
support.xbox.com/.../trial-gold-membership

Let me know if none of that applies to you, and I'll see if I can dig deeper

I've done all of that and even on commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub with the Billing overview, it says:

Current Subscriptions

Xbox Live Gold

Expires 5/5/2015

With my card information on the side, so I dunno =/... Fun note is I made yet again another account, did everything and got the 1 month free just fine... Just don't know why the previous account i did everything on didn't work even though it SAYS gold under
subscriptions and billing info.

Hey mate, deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile has success when syncing up gold subs that have issues like this.

If you commerce page is saying it's active and the above doesn't work, give phone support a buzz and they should be able to get it working for you:
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Hi! It seems to me that the only way to resolve this is by either paying for a subscription to gold or creating a new account. Hope this helps.

The free month is only available by creating a new account. So you would need to create another account in order to get the free month.
