One month free game pass for signing up for microsoft rewards

Hi,

I received the month in review Xbox email at 10:50pm last night (Friday), within the email was a promotion to join Microsoft Rewards. It offered 1 month free Xbox Game Pass if I signed up for Microsoft Rewards. I thought why not if I'm getting a free month
of game pass.

Unfortunately, although I successfully signed up for the rewards via the link, it said once I had I would be redirected to a page to get my free month. Unfortunately the page only gave an error along the lines of "it's not you it's us".

I did contact support, who after over a couple of hours of messaging and emailing screengrabs, they said that I needed to contact you and gave me a link to here.

I left it until today to do so as it was 1.40am when they sent the link, I did think it was only going to take 5mins to sign up but hopefully you can help?

I do have a service request number 1417547167, hopefully that helps resolve the issue without me having to capture more images or sending links?

Xbox is FALSE Advertising

You get the free month for signing up to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If you signed up for the Microsoft Rewards program and did not receive the pass, you'll need to contact their customer support
via their redemption page.

Xbox rewards game pass offer

A few days ago, a promotion was on my home page that indicated that if I were to sign up for Microsoft rewards, I would get a free month of Xbox game pass. I signed up for the program, but never received my free month.

xbox game pass is 10 a month for hundreds of games to play, but if you do your microsoft rewards, you can accrue enough points to get it for free, its better to shoot for xbox game pass ultimate, it takes a bit longer to save up the points but you get
gold and game pass wrapped into one package and its awesome.

you can get free Xbox Live Gold/Game Pass by signing up for Microsoft Rewards.

you can earn points just by using Edge browser and Bing search engine on PC and by using Bing search on your phone.

there are also more ways to earn reward points on Xbox by downloading the MS Rewards app.

if you have Game Pass then there are also Game Pass Reward Quests where you can earn reward points just for playing games.

I've found that by upgrading my subscription to Game Pass Ultimate then topping up with 3 months of Gold or Game Pass from MS Rewards is the best value (3 months of Gold gives 50 days of Game Pass Ultimate, 3 months of Game Pass gives 60 days of Ultimate
for the same amount of points as 1 month of Ultimate)

I noticed that you said your friend couldn't play Roblox on your Xbox even though you own it.

have you set your Xbox as your Home Xbox?

if it is set as your Home Xbox, anyone who signs in with their own account will be able to play any of your games and also make use of your Live Gold/Game Pass.

I have been trying every day all month and I can't sign up for auto redeem $10 gift card in Microsoft rewards. Same error every time. I am signed up for and received the monthly game pass auto redeem.
