one month ebony Flintlock

its been about a month now and I have not received the ebony flintlock skin for the game, I was aware that a seven day waiting period was to be expected but im unsure what to do now. I was signed in with my Microsoft account while watching the voyage mixer
so I don't know if that's the problem, some help would be apprecitated

Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

ps: I have my Mixer account since the first stream event, with the Ebony Flintlock reward (5 or 6 months ago)

So I also have attended the mixxr stream to qualify for the ebony flintlock pistol, I have received the code redeemed the code but am yet to have the ebony flintlock in my armoury please advise.

There is a specific forum dedicated to solving mixpot reward issues. If you still do not have it it is likely that your xbox account was not linked to the account you watched the stream on. If you are certain it was, you can report it in the forum here for
