One machine - two accounts

I have a situation, but I'm not the only one. I'm wondering if I can use different accounts for different games on one PC (OS WINDOWS 11) machine - independently? Specifically in my case, one account for FH5, another account for Microsoft Casual Games. Let me mention what is most important and worries me the most - the MS account that I previously used for FH5 is banned by the device, but I have progress in the Microsoft Casual Games game on this account, so I want to continue using the first account in the newly installed WIN11 for the Microsoft Casual Games game. But I made a new MS account for FH5. Are these two, the old and new MS accounts for different games somehow interdependent or completely exclusive of each other, despite the fact that the same OS is WIN11? You can't sign into the same account at the same time on two consoles. So if they will be playing at the same time, one of them will need a new account.

We were. We had only one Game Pass Ultimate account. My machine was designated as being his home machine and his machine was designated as being mine. That's the recommendation I'd seen about to have full access to the owned library from both. Apparently
Microsoft doesn't like that.

The machines we each play on have now been designated as our respective home machines and we are on two separate Ultimate accounts. So far it's letting me play Borderlands 3 although it was purchased under his account and my
machine is no longer designated as his home machine. Worst case I figure I'll just buy the bundle again under mine if it stops letting me play it.

Nope.

The 360 update now shows friends that are online playing xbox one.

The two machines use completely different codecs for chat.
