One loyal and very disappointed customer!!!!!

To whom it may concern im an xbox fan or atleast was one for years and now that u need ernet to even enjoy the simplests of games ............not being cocky or arragant but i think, better yet I know I could do better with the right tools to create my own
games n possibly my own systems some day, but if xbox doesn't get any better my hard earned money will convert back to PlayStation, at least I'll have a variety of games to choose from and beat, its money your losing Microsoft and I for one think you can do
better...................angry gamer

Xbox One Problem

My kinetic went out on my xbox one and I feel like Microsoft is giving me the run around, I have been a loyal customer for years, now it seems customer service has went down, why is it taking so long to get a shipping label? What happened to sending a box?
When did the loyal customers become the lowest people in your area? I guess making money is more important then customer service and honoring your warranty. Very disappointed

Plenty of games to play on the xbox one.

If none of the hundreds of games offered don't interest you then sell your xbox & buy a PlayStation.

 

Agree that too much is implied regarding internet abilities to be online and also infinite bandwidth for downloads and stuff.

You cannot change any settings in X1 unless online, as one.

And some games I have behave strangely unless they are online, like Project Cars that after changing settings many time it starts to take 30s to save them that were instant as a start, so something is building up.

So not only MS is to blame, devs imply online as well.

I just find it more convenient to start X1 and not bother start router as well.

I never activated cloud storage of gamesaves on 360 because of it, since you can make backups on usb stick on 360.

And that ability is removed on X1 - nothing usb for saving anything, not gamesave or game clips.

 

Go and get a PS4 then, seriously you should show no loyalty to Microsoft or any company for that matter.

All companies only care about the money in your wallet, they don't care what you want, what you like or what you dislike, all they care about is that you keep on giving them money.

As for you can create better games than Microsoft, and all of their first party developers, I seriously doubt it. You may be able to come up with a really great idea for a game, but as for actually coding it, no.

And as for the part of you creating a better console, again, you could probably come up with a great idea for a console, but that's it. I can come up with a great idea for a console, but I have zero idea how to actually design a CPU/GPU/

 

It is what it is OP, and what it is isn't pretty.

This gen cut off an entire demographic, as a result game sales aren't meeting expectations, thus not as many AAA titles are being produced. The ones that are selling well heavily favors Sony, which means you're at least 2x as likely to find a random match
on the P4.

Net required to even get an X1 'console' to actually play a game and other factors is whats killing MS and devs. But you wouldn't that by what you read on these forums.
