    So originally purchased an Xbox one for our oldest son i set it up under my outlook, with the new one (X1s) i used the same outlook, The first one my older son has taken over with his email, but mines is still connected (atleast i think) im wondering if
    i will create any issues between the two systems?

    No, there should be no issues with having the same account on multiple xbox one systems.

    If for any reason there is a problem, factory resetting the 1st xbox one will remove all attached accounts. Which ever son is using the 1st one, after the reset, can simply download his current XBL account and not lose any game progress and be the only account
    on that xbox!

    it won't cause any issues and may be beneficial.

    you might find the following link useful as it explains how to set up your Xbox to share games and subscriptions so that you only need to buy them once.

    you want to set the Xbox your son plays on as your Home and your son should set the Xbox you play on as his Home then it doesn't matter which account something is purchased on, you will both have access

    2 home consoles?

    There's no way around it. You can only set 1 console as your Home at a time. You can still just set the console he's using as your Home so he can access your stuff while you play on the other console. Since everything is tied to your account, you can sign into and access your stuff on any console.
