Hey, Dilios! Most times you can wait it out to see if Sky updates us the information needed. However, you can also send off a report with your information. You can head over to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem.
Fill out that form and that will get to the proper teams.

To be honest , whether we are not missing out is not the point. To me buying the Xbox One , we were told of all the cool things available with the new system as per their marketing. In turn we purchased based on what we were told through countless blogs/commercials,
e3 etc... , now if we were informed hey all these things will not be working on launch in canada and no eta in sight. I may have opted out of buying the One for a PS4 or a Steam machine instead. I do believe that is called false advertisement.

Sure they are fixing this and that in honor of the up coming titanfall release with the latest update, but still nothing that was supposed to be working upon release. Whether your in canada, britain or the states, when you put out a selling feature it should
work for all.

But hey i can change the volume with my voice now to personally set increments. Glad that was fixed. Phew close one.

I for one am completely unsatisfied.

I went through the entire setup process a few times and even cleared the one guide to make it get the latest data. It seems like wherever Xbox Live receives its data is incorrect. This doesn't seem to be an issue I can fix on my end.
