    my cable provider recently made changes to channel listing, when does the guide get updated for this changes? Do i have to contact xbox directly for support with this? I have already tried a redo on my guide setup and that didnt fix anything, so is there
    anything else that can be done. My provider is Cablevision in Bronx, NY

    Out of date guide

    Talk talk tv have changed their channel numbers so one guide is out of date for them. I think one guide needs an update. Any support much appreciated!

    to try help resolve your console update issues and if required you can also use this guide to carry out the console update offline.

    One Guide Support update

    I posed the same question in a support chat and was told that the "engineers" were working on it. I believe it was also on the 13th. Still have no joy. I think whats confusing the issue is that Cablevision is still using the 700 series channels with the
    cablecards. I know this because, I use a cable card with my Media Center PC and the 700 series channel listings are still available. However, those channels are no longer available via the Cable boxes.

    So, on 6/20, I posted the same question to Cablevision. Their response yesterday was that it was Microsoft's responsibility to to update the channel guide, but that the optimum channel updates would be completed by July 31st. Interestingly enough, today
    I find that my channel guide is now correct on the xbox. While I realize the evidence is anecdotal at best, it seems that the fix occurred after the issue was brought to Cablevisions attention. Hmmm...

  7. Hey there, Bremen vanEquis! For any feedback for the OneGuide, you will want to push that through the console itself. You can go into Settings, TV & OneGuide, and then there will be an option to submit an issue with OneGuide there.

    For visibility, while we are the ones that update this stuff, we do not know what to update until we are told. This is done either with the feature on the console from users or the cable provider lets us know. My suggestion is to submit feedback through
    the console, and then reach out to your cable provider to see if that will speed things along.

    This thread is a little old. If you guys need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This way our community can get you the individual support that works

    Supporting numbers in the one guide

    I also have a harmony one remote and I've been having the same problem. I would like to use the number keypad to go directly to a channel instead of having to skip multiple channels. Is there anyway of updating my harmony one remote to get it to work
    with the Xbox One guide and the Harmony One number keypad. Thanks for any help.
