Out of date guide

Hi,

I've started two support chats with Microsoft on the same topic and have discovered at least one other user (besides yourself) with the same issue (link below). I was told that, at least for my particular issue, that no time frame was available for a fix.

Out of date guide

Talk talk tv have changed their channel numbers so one guide is out of date for them. I think one guide needs an update. Any support much appreciated!

How soon can we see a guide on port forwarding a bipac 7800vdpx (billion) model router as this guide is out of date with current routers from billion thanks
