    Hello,

    After the most recent update, OneGuide has not been functioning properly. When I try to select a channel through the OneGuide listings I get an error message that states "We can't find that channel: It might not be available through your provider. If it
    should, try again later." Prior to Thursday, October 23, the One Guide worked perfectly and when I would select a channel from the menu, it would send the corresponding channel signals to the receiver. It is worth noting the channel up and down buttons on
    the SmartGlass application still work properly and cycle through the available channels. There seems to be a problem with the One Guide syncing.

    I have already tried starting and restarting my Xbox One, including unplugging the power source. I have also cleared and re-entered my OneGuide information in the Settings. Thank you for your help.

    I honestly got tired of trying to get the *** apps to work properly, the way they worked before the August update. And surprise, surprise I finally had an update on Sept. 2nd and I no longer have to update apps through my phone's connection.

    Hey there Thundercleetz!

    Do you happen to be in the Xbox One Preview Program? Can you also tell me which Xbox One OS version you're running along with your set top box model number?

    To check your OS version, follow the steps below:

    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Settings.
    • From the Settings menu, select System.
    • In the Console menu you will see the OS version number.
    Post back so we can help get this issue sorted!

    Mister Beep, I unfortunately have the same issue in the Preview Program. I tried clicking the link you posted to the Preview Forums, but it says "Group Not Found." Please advise.

    Hello! I'm getting the same message while trying to verbally change channels. I am not in the preview program - at least not to my knowledge. My OS version is 6.2.11795.0 (xb_rel1411.141104-1838) fre.

    Thanks for any insight you can provide.

    Sarfdawg that is the latest update also Major Nelson said it had been released to the public that was yesterday those in the preview need to check to see if a update is ready to install.
