One Guide not showing any channels

Hey Advent of Legion,

Thank you for reaching out. Since this started right after a recent update, I would suggest performing a

factory reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure to select the option allowing you to keep your games and apps. If the issue persists, we encourage you to reach out to the Insider Community through their subreddit at

r/xboxinsiders. Hope this helps!

As of the 4th of January, I'm still experiencing the same problem as my original post, I've given up finding and answer.

I just checked the OneGuide on my Xbox One X in Canada and it was able to successfully load up the proper channel listings for my Rogers Toronto cable feed including US channel information. I was going to report it as faulty in case it was a OneGuide App
issue as happened last December but can't do so at this time because it appears to be working fine for me.

If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting (ie maybe USA, Australia etc support is not aware of OneGuide issues) even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app.
Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Apps as the category, then OneGuide as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description.
