One guide not pulling show info

Discus and support One guide not pulling show info in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; was working fine earluer but now it just says "no info available" for every show.     One guide not pulling show info


    was working fine earluer but now it just says "no info available" for every show. Any work around for this?

    App will not show One Guide TV listings

    My windows 10 Xbox app works just fine, but my Android Xbox app will not show TV listings. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. App version 1612.0113. 0105

    Hey there Gunny0629USMC!

    What exactly happens when you try to view TV listings? Do you get an error message or does it just not populate? Be sure both your Xbox One and phone are connected to the same WiFi network if they're not already.

    As of the 4th of January, I'm still experiencing the same problem as my original post, I've given up finding and answer.

    I just checked the OneGuide on my Xbox One X in Canada and it was able to successfully load up the proper channel listings for my Rogers Toronto cable feed including US channel information. I was going to report it as faulty in case it was a OneGuide App
    issue as happened last December but can't do so at this time because it appears to be working fine for me.

    If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting (ie maybe USA, Australia etc support is not aware of OneGuide issues) even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app.
    Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Apps as the category, then OneGuide as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description.
