One Guide no provider

    One Guide no provider


    my one guide can't find any tv providers. Been working fine for 4 years until today....

    Try setting up your one guide provider again & what box your using

    Bell Fibe Canada Xbox One Guide

    Exact same here - looking for information. Eastlink and Bell not found in Halifax NS search... issue with providers? or with one guide... was working great yesterday, today has no provider or not set, I try to set and says can't be found... no guide at all...
    any fixes? already tried reset and erase all one guide settings, region and network set properly, pulled power plug for 15 secs... no fix...

    One Guide no provider

    Mine is doing the same thing tonight!

    -tried restart, new channel scan (found all channels), different users

    -no info on guide

    -will not update usb provider

    -no video/audio

    Same Here ,been using an OTA setup for Years and loved it the OneGUide and the pause Feature are awesome. But Today it all went to s*** , all the channels are scanned but nothing appears in the guide. I tried resetting it and setting it back up again . Now
    my postal code isnt even recognized anymore and it wont let me go any further in the process because I have no Provider.

    Which Canadian cable/satellite providers will be supported by the XBOX One guide?

    I'm with Bell Fibe and it works fine. The only problem is that I had to put a different area code to get it to work.
