One guide no longer showing program descriptions for every channel??

No I don't have cable. I use a convertor box running OTA channels and I'm in Florida. I hope they fix this soon, it somewhat defeats the purpose of having the guide in the first place.

I've been experiencing the same thing on and off for the past several weeks. I'm also seeing it taking significantly longer for the guide to load (spinning circle for up to 60 seconds).

I've talked to support twice trying to determine how the information for the guide is obtained and the people I have talked to don't know.

You have TWC? If so what state are you in?

In the past when TWC has changed channel lineups the information took days to be updated to the One guide so I'm assuming the information isn't being obtained from TWC in real time and when I have issues with the One Guide the guide on my cable box is working
fine so it's not a TWC issue.

it seems obvious that this is a Microsoft problem, for the following reasons.

1. I use an over-the-air antenna (OTA), so the channel information is broadcast over the air with no intermediary other than Microsoft. The channel guide/listing information is working on all OTA televisions in my household that are not connected to an
Xbox.

2. Information about the current channel and program is correctly displayed upon changing the channel using the Xbox OneGuide app. This includes the program/show name for what is currently on and what is up next. So, channel info is being received and
displayed within OneGuide but outside of the channel guide / listing.

3. This problem started without any changes of any kind being made in my household. No hardware changes, no configuration changes, no software changes or updates.

4. The OneGuide is successfully connecting to Microsoft via Xbox Live, as evident by my favorites being successfully loaded (including channel numbers and network icons), the problem being that every channel is displaying “No info available” instead of the
descriptions for each show for each channel in each time slot.

Isn't there another channel for Showtime too? With the recent change in TWC, all channels will display their highest possible resolution. So although there are two AMC channels, one being listed as HD and the other not as HD, both will display the HD format.

"The new lineup is no longer broken up by HD and SD channels. HD converters will show you the best signal available of a channel or program, which is usually HD. SD converters, meanwhile, will show only SD channels."
