One Guide line up not being displayed

Hey All,

About a month ago, my Xbox One stopped displaying the TV line up. If I go to a channel, I can see the information , but in the line up all channel information is blank.

So far I have cleared the cache, removed the tuner, gone through the setup twice, done the offline update, and done a complete factory reset.

Has anyone else had something similar ?

Probably the TV company has stopped providing this information by the standard One Guide consumes. Can you try testing another console or another TV carrier?

Thank you for the reply, I have tried on another console, and the fault did follow, but what gets me is if I select a channel, I can see all the information about it and up coming program's.

^^^^ If you bring up the guide button, then go to friends, then recently played and select a person, you can see their profile. The top line will be their country, but sometimes it says something else, which i am assuming is their motto and instead of displaying
both, the motto overwrites the country.

Sorry to here that. When connecting a HDD to the Xbox One, it should detect a new drive being put into it and display a pop up message saying something along the lines of, "Set Up External Storage". Below that there should be an interactive button saying
Format Storage Device.

Does this pop up for you, and/or have you gone through this method?
