    One guide and remote doesnt show on smart glass after update


    After the update, i was able to use one guide here in Chile, but my mayor problem is that in my smartglass devices (ipad, android phone, windows 8.1) the remote function (tv, cable, audio) was not longer there, also the one guide vanish from the smartglass,
    is there a way to fix it?

    Charter communications remote codes?

    I couldn't get the ISP provided remote to work with the Xbox one, however you can use the smart glass app on your phone to control not only the one guide but also the remote options like guide, volume etc....

    Kinect sends multiple (duplicate) digits to my Verizon box when changing channels.

    I am having same issue. Either manually entering channe using smart glass remote or selecting station from one guide results in double digits being sent to my cable box.

    Cisco RNG200N

    Remote code under device control is C1982.

    I imagine its a bug within the smart glass app itself, the dates there are 1752,the 360 doesnt show unlock dates like the Xbox one does,being a 360 game the Xbox one smart glass apps seems confused

    One Guide makes my Android ,HTC running Jellybean, crash constantly, and I've uninstalled/re-installed a few times. No problems with Nokia Icon's (8.0 and 8.1 Developers build.) yet.

    I have not encountered this issue with both SmartGlass and the beta version on my Android tablet or phone, have you tried removing it and reinstalling it?
