    One gp can connect to multiplayer battlefield 4, but the other cannot


    hi friends

    So I set my son up with his own Xbox live account so we can play on 2 xbox one's in our house. With my gp I can connect to multiplayer games, but with his gp it just says connecting and never does?

    If I switch back to my gp I can join multiplayer no problem

    This issue is only hapening with battlefield 4

    Appreciate any suggestions!

    Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4

    I purchased Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4. I can play the campaigns but cannot access multiplayer on either account. I have tried to uninstall/re-install, clear the cache but it will not allow me access to the multiplayer for either game. Battlefield
    one says my access is denied and battlefield 4 says I have lost connection and when I press "x", I get nothing.

    Can't connect to Battlefield 4 servers at all.

    Ok guys every time I try to connect to Multiplayer on Battlefield 4 it gives me the connection issues. I opened all the ports for ea and xbox one but it is still not letting me connect. Please help me out!!

    Thank you, and yes, I have successfully played COD Ghosts and Battlefield 4. First time connections, no problem.

    I have tried the multiplayer connection test. It actually fails, but I didn't think that could be right since I have been playing successfully other games.
