    Xbox one freeze in games and when it turns on

    Hi. I'm new on the xbox one. But it has happened to me that my xbox has freeze like 5 or 6 times in 3 days while playing the game. And when I restart it. it never start with the hi message it just send me to the board and I can't do anything. And the
    times I turn it of the power supply is always white and it supposed to be orange can anyone help me

    Xbox one freeze in games and when it turns on

    I'm having the same issue. Turning off the console and back on does nothing, I've had to power it down then unplug it and wait about 30 seconds before plugging it back in. If it continues to happen I'm probably going to return it and buy something else.
    It's very irritating to have to power down the system and unplug it to continue playing a game!
