One Drive does not work

Need help guys. I want to upload my screenshots and videos from Xbox One to OneDrive but when I want to do it the menu says It's Impossible to do it...

Any suggestion??

xbox one disc drive DOES NOT WORK

Have problem with xbox one disc drive, it is not working, just makes sound like mixer.

what to do? i dont want this console, because it doesnt even work properly after it has been released and never been opened before me. i dont want any more errors and broken parts from microsoft xbox one. well, Microsoft, i bought my xbox one in UK before
i traveled back to Latvia. now i am in Latvia and turned on my Xbox one and it didnt work. Who is going to pay my expenses? who is going to send my xbox one to service by post and who is going to cover that time which i cant play xbox one?

Looking answer from Microsoft asap!!!!!!

Xbox One disk drive does not work

I have seen this issue resolved by doing a hard reset on the console EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Give it a try and let us know. Good Luck!

GG it works the same as it does for One games game has to be on hard drive and disc in drive if it's not digital

It should do. For a hard drive to be compatible with Xbox One it needs a minimum capacity of 256GB and it needs to be USB3.0. Yours should be fine.

Note that formatting for the Xbox One to use to store games will wipe all content already on the drive.
