One controllers cost too much!

Retailers generally choose their own profit margins, and could explain the price. The controllers are fairly robust, and are of good quality so this shows in the price.

You would be best off buying from an official retailer though, and remember that each controller does come with a warranty.

Of course, if the random eBay seller sends you a bogus code, who stands behind it? Ebay will push you into a Dispute Resolution process, which takes weeks if not months, and does not guarantee that you get a refund. Therefore, they have to be cheaper
than Amazon.

Of course people on Ebay would sell it cheaper, It's sold by people trying to make money, if they made it the same price as retail, which is the same price as xbox is selling it for, then nobody would buy it would they. Like there is already a risk that
they could send a fake code, so to attract people to buy it they would lower their price. The reasons why they would sell it is completely unknown for sure. They might have robbed people of their codes and trying to resell it, or they were disappointed in
their codes and decided to sell it. Either way, it's only cheaper because people want to sell it.

i would watch out for ebay scams

if it is cheap ms points or membership cards its probably most likely stolen accounts in which case i doubt you'll appreciate a baned console or cops at your door
