One Controller Two Headsets?

Discus and support One Controller Two Headsets? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I've been looking around for some info I wanted to see if this was a thing I could do or not but so far nothing, so I thought I would ask here.     One Controller Two Headsets?


    So I've been looking around for some info I wanted to see if this was a thing I could do or not but so far nothing, so I thought I would ask here.

    So later on this year I'll be moving in with a friend and we wanted to coop a few horror games, one of them being Alien Isolation. What I wanted to know was, with the adapter hooked on the controller would I be able to use a headset splitter to split the
    audio for two people to listen? The main reason for this is because most horror games, like Alien Isolation, are much better when sing headsets instead of using the TV's speaker system.

    Any sort of info would be helpful.

    Xbox One controller major issues

    Day one controller (Nov. 22nd), regular controller (Nov. 22nd), and Titanfall controller (two weeks ago)...all working with no issues thus far.

    hello, i just bought an xbox one chatpad and it wont fit my xbox one "s" controller but it can fit my normal xbox one controller. Is there a different between the two versions of controllers because i dont see any difference between the two and am very,
    very confused as to why it fits my normal controller but not my "s" controller.

    The same problem has happened to me. One user might use the headset and one only. If you tried using two headsets into two different controllers, it won't work. I've tried to do the same when I first got mine with my cousin.

    Example; If Player 1 has the headset in and is talking perfectly fine, Player 2 cannot use the other headset and speak to the other users as well. It must be into one controller, (the one that is signed into Xbox Live).

    I have the same problem, updated two controllers with out the headset adapter, when trying to update with the headset adapter it says it can't update. So I know the USB cable, the controllers, and the xbox one are ok.

    Yeah it's not that simple. The mic 3.5mm connector on the headset only has one channel while the 2.5mm jack on the controller is two channels. When you plug the mic connector into the converter it shorts the voice and speaker channels together so the controller
    will not know what to do. It will try sending a speaker signal out only to have it shorted into the mic and then grounded so nothing gets through.

    You can find adapter designed to plug into the 360 controller and support 3.5mm headset. Look on amazon for 360 controller PC headset adapter or similar and you should find it. It separates the two channels into two 3.5mm inputs one for speaker out and one
    for mic in. I would save your money and buy a headset designed for the 360 that is meant to integrate Live chat.
