    Good afternoon people.

    I recently received an email from XBOX Live Rewards on February 2, stating that if I spent BRL 385.00 on Xbox Live games until February 28th, I would earn an additional 1 star in my VIP Rank, arriving in 05 Stars.

    It turns out that I spent more than BRL 400.00 to win the star, but for some reason I did not win it.

    Can you re-evaluate my participation in the campaign please?

    Hello Mbizonsp,

    There was a small delay which caused processing of purchases made on the 28th of February to not be properly calculated. We have since resolved this issue, and you should now be seeing your extra star. Apologies for the confusion.
