One account received a suspension...now any account on the xbox suffers the suspension too?

I share an xbox with my brother, and he has recently received a second temporary ban on his account for harassment, abuse and threats. As a result he is unable to play online multiplayer or use any communication features. What confuses me is that I also
can no longer do any of those things on my own account which has never received a harassment ban. It seems that if i log into any account on this console, I cant use those features either. Does this mean the console has been banned along with his account?
If so what can I do to fix this as I have done nothing wrong to receive this ban on my console.

Account/Console Temp Ban Issue

Either another account on your console is suspended or your suspension has been extended due to other violations you committed being discovered.

If it's 100 day suspension it wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Using another account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so they issue console prvilage suspensions to stop people from doing this.

That means any account on that console suffers the same punishment as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

Sounds like you been issued a temporary console privilege suspension to stop you from doing this.

This can't be appealed & means any account on your console suffers the same enforcement action you have.

I'm sorry to see any frustrations. It does sound like your brother's recent suspension included a console suspension. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions here on the forums, however if your brother's suspension is still active he will want
to submit a
Case Review for more information on the console suspension. If not, he will need to refer to any emails sent from the Enforcement team to his Microsoft Account email.
